It depends Many of the smaller teams don't do much during the fall and winter. They start practicing when the weather gets nice enough to get outside and that's usually just a few weeks before the first tourney. The bigger clubs definitely offer much better off-season training options for their A and B teams. The problem is that unless the team buys into the plan to stay together and get better, instead of chasing the A team, there will be no continuity. The 91 B teams (Ambush 2021, United 2022, Warriors 2023) are all very strong teams. Express B teams are also strong at those same grade levels. That's likely in large part due to the coaches and the resources the club puts into the team. At this age, there really are no decent B teams for the big clubs so you would need to be diligent in your research.
