Does each team coach choose who gets all division and all county for their team? Or do all the coaches vote on this collectively?
Opposing coaches select All County, but your own coach chooses as many All conferences as he/she wants. Your own coach is the only one that can nominate All American, what sucks is there's no way to check if he/she submitted anyone
