Not sure if a 5 seed beating a 4 seed in overtime qualifies as an upset!!!!

Anytime a lower seed beats a higher seed it is indeed an upset.

True, but a 5 beating a 4 isn't upset of the tournament. Plus, they had a tight game during the year.

Tight game or not, 5 beats 4=upset

Not always. Didn't look at the specifics of this game, but #5 could have lost a few games at the beginning of the season and came on strong, while #4 started strong and limped to the end or had injuries, but still ended up with a better record. An upset is when the team expected to lose a game wins it instead. Obviously no point spreads in this case, but #5 could have been the favorite.

Look at NCAA hoops - 9's are often favored over 8's, 10's over 7's, etc. I think there was even a 12 favored over a 5 this year - in that case it's not an upset.
