That sais JS is excellent at recruiting and I think many time sees the potential in kids that many other top lax programs miss. He also puts kids in a position and a system to succeed. Look at the Ohlmiller sisters (spelling looks wrong), neither were very highly recruited ,KO may be the best offensive player in the country, TO may end up being the rookie of the year in the NCAA. Yes playing the schedule they do helps them in terms of putting up big numbers but still very impressive. While cost and being close to home are majors draws for some kids the top kids get enough money that cost in not as much an issue and many want that full college experience ,awesome campus, great athletics in multiple programs,facilities, nice college town, better weather, etc.


Wasn't the younger sister originally committed to Towson? I believe both girls were recruited quite well. Both eventually stayed local which is always an option. Lets face, both players didn't "fall through the cracks" and Stony Brook scooped them up.
