Great comment! Except its probably smart to play the top 16 or so when it matters and then fill in with the other 5 or 6 (or 10 if you play for Express) so you are fresh and ready for the 'ship. And if some get no PT then you either quit, get your son to work harder or you suck it up. But you must know that this is not a Town Team.
