He is a good coach agreed. He should have pulled up some better sophomores from JV, instead of friends, neighbors and anybody he felt obligation to whose parents made him food etc. Its hard to coach where you live; but if you do you need to not keep wasted sideline of girls with little lax skills.
Call the coach or knock on his door he will be happy to tell you why your daughter is not on Varsity.
