Most schools could care less about lacrosse. Hofstra made their position on sports known when they axed football. SS is above average with very good connections, strong name recognition, one of the best to ever play the game and continues to evolve as a coach. Sorry but being a top gun or YJ coach is nothing more than politics and dumping out a ball bag so there was a learning curve.
She is recruiting better and coaching better and she isn't breaking the bank at a school that isn't really a top tier academic or athletic school. She stays for the long haul.
