In Levittown the AD claims it's the Superintendents decision and it is mandated. If you want your daughter to wear a helmet go out and buy her a good one that fits. You can spend 150.00 easy on a stick spend it on her head. if you are
that concerned about it as a parent you make the decision not the School District. If the rules allow them to worn I don't see how a School District can stop you.
