Smithtown East over Middle Country today 23-1. Really? Looks like certain players needed to make up some points after a weak start against Commack. Can you say overrated?
Starters were taken out after the first half, and positions were switched. Even with that, it was keep away for the whole 3rd. Don't blame the coach! Not all schools should have a lacrosse program.
Wow! "Not all schools should have a lacrosse program." How obnoxious are you? You are exactly what is wrong with the sport of lacrosse. So you are saying if you happened to purchase a home in a weak lacrosse school district because you didn't know your child would play lacrosse when they were a baby, they shouldn't have the opportunity to play with their hometown friends because they are not a powerhouse district?? You sir are an [lacrosse].

This is a coaching issue, full stop. The coach is terrible.
The coach is an awesome guy. Knowledgeable, responsible, communicative, likable, and gets along well with players and parents alike. And, he's a great teacher for the District. This game was over 5 min into the first quarter. Everyone played and everyone got a chance to feel apart of a program at this game. Everyone has taken a beating at some time or another. That's sports. The ball was held for over 20 min with no shooting. But, what's more embarrassing playing chase while kids throw the ball around playing keep away or getting scored on. Both suck.
