UVA made the switch with men's team and early reviews are good. So AD not afraid to remove long time coaches.
I would put BC coach on that hot seat list , reading the bio of UVA coach I would think she has a lot of credit built up so will probably be safe ,could be off but I believe she has coached there for 20 years and they have made the NCAA tournament every one of those years and have been ranked as high as 4 during each of the last 2 seasons. That said could always be a case of what have you done for me lately.
