No reason to get rid of her. Why do you think she got the job right out of college? Hofstra doesn't pay any of their coaches a decent salary.


She got the job because they figured she would be able to draw local talent as she has local fame and club ties. And she does draw local interest. But she also has to compete with Spillina for the local talent and he has a clear hand up on her, even with the kids from her own club.
