Here is the real story both UNC and Florida get great athletes but the difference is that UNC players always get better as the year goes by and Florida remains the same. I think coaching has a lot to do with that. Look at Cuse year after year they get better as the year goes along , Gary Gait is a great teacher of the game. It's all about getting better each day . At this level the top 3-4, teams all have great talent but can you coach that talent to be selfless ? That's the real question.
