TLC 2021 Red Coaching staff was replaced midseason Spring 2015. Went to non-parent coaches abruptly without considering the quality of the new coaches. The middle school TLC director MH effectively ruined the team with very poor leadership. The team has trended downhill ever since she became involved April 2015. How many girls will come out to August tryouts? Not many A players. Nice job TLC. We are not coming back
They are trying to get things in order. I think you will be surprised at how much better this team will be in the fall. If you are 20-24 on M&D or Heros and want to play, TLC is a great option. I would say the same for the good players on Diamonds, MD United and C2. Add some talent to the core group on TLC and you have a good team. If you think you can leave TLC and take playing time from the good players on M&D, Skywalkers or Heros, good luck.
