So here is the mnd program in a nutshell. Get the most athletic and advanced girls in 4th and 5th graders cause mommy and daddy have a dream. They dominate strictly because of early natural ability. As time goes by, other teams develop their girls to play lacrosse. That is why mnd is not so dominant in the high school years. Nothing wrong with that philosophy but those are the facts.
