Wish someone would post the name of the Howard County employee, who is said to be in management with the County, most likely Rec and Parks. This individual is stated to be in tight with one of the elite 2020 teams and it is stated it is Crabs. This is how Crabs was able to circumvent the in place HOCO rules.
If anyone knows who this individual is, post their name or at least their initials. This person needs to be called out and see if there is the possibility to take it above this persons grade level and have them explain why the HOCO rules for grade base was not followed.
Anyone?

There is nothing NORMAL about the progression of the kids on their team. Gig is up in 2017.

With a rule like that, how is hoco justifying not doing anything about the holdbacks and double holdback? It is their rule! Guess their management is so tight with the offenders and since they also hold their kids back, never going to change. Anyone w those kids should be forced to forfeit every game. Let them play but let it be a forfeit and do not allow ANY holdbacks in any championship game.

HOCO is run by Public Howard County Recreation Department. These people know exactly what they are doing with this grade based league. Howard County should get an award for being a cesspool of an county for promoting this garbage. Every other league run by Howard County Rec is age base..U11, U12, U13, etc...
Obviously someone has ulterior motives and wants to get in good with private schools or clubs.
