That includes moving upperclassmen down to JV and Frosh/Sophs up to varsity if ability determines that's the right place. I don't understand the resistance that Chaminade and St A's has to change. Programs like Haverford, which would chew up and spit out Chaminade, have no problem with underclass players on varsity. What's the real issue here to the resistance to change? The entire world is changing - lax and otherwise.
