Same goes for one of the girls coaches in our town who is so heavily involved in everything from year long youth lacrosse training , personal fitness trainer , and even a personal life coach for each participant . He also makes sure they play on the best possible travel organization , regardless you can afford it or not , he needs ratings !

In my town the Varsity coach is heavily involved in the process. He makes and receives calls daily. He is more involved in the second tier players. The one or two studs get it done through the club scene but many more are helped directly by him.
