And age restrictions by grade to prevent the kids a full year or two older from distorting true grade based teams? Sounds like there are enough teams that they can say "goodbye" to teams that do not comply. They are a County government sponsored league- should not be about the money or politics but about the kids and what is right. Wonder if their employees who are intertwined with the lacrosse world will step back and see what is in the best interest of the broader group and not just their own or a friend's kids. Plenty of time before the season starts to get it right.


How can you say there is plenty of time? Tryouts were in late summer/early fall

Well if each team only has 1 to 4 kids who are to old it should not be that hard for them move kids up to the next year above them. And they would have to grandfather in the 2020 kids who are to old because they would have nowhere to play. And to be honest with you the 2020 kids will be recruited this summer anyway so they should really only make the rule for 7th grade and below. You can not have kids in 8th grade with nowhere to play.
