Extremely talented is probably not giving them enough credit. But the second you bring in a kid who is not a 2023, you need to stop referring to them as a 2023 team. Call them a Dicks U-11 team or whatever, but don't call them a 2023 team when they have someone who isn't in that grade playing for them. Call them one of the top teams at whatever the right characterization is, but it isn't 2023 this week.

And they very well might take the title tomorrow.




Who cares!!! They are following the rules. Stop the hate. Every tournament has their own rules. There is no governing body to set rules for all clubs. Until there is (which will never happen) clubs can do what they want. It's their business if they feel this is good for it then so be it. If you don't like it that's your choice but they are following the rules.

If any of your kids were asked to play with them this week, most of you would have jumped at it.
