U12:

All players must be 11 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.
U11:

All players must be 10 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition."

Thanks

Below is age requirements at [lacrosse]'s. Seems like new norm for these big events is extend cut-off to june 1 to accommodate grade teams. At least there is a cap on age.

In the youth divisions (15U, 13U, 11U), the age cutoffs are as follows:
11U: all players must have been born on or after 6/1/2003
13U: all players must have been born between 6/1/2001 and 9/30/2003
15U: all players must have been born between 6/1/1999 and 9/30/2001

Wow June 1. as a cut off. The U13 level coul dhave had My 2019 and a good portion of his friends play. They could have made a team and destroyed the competition. It would have been a waste of time. Something has got to be done.

Ridiculous, this is not for the betterment of the sport. this is not sportsmanship.
