I saw this posted on the 2024 page. From the USA Lacrosse website. Has it always been a 8/31 cutoff? What was Dicks?

All players must be 11 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition.
U11:

All players must be 10 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition."
