Were the MD boys 12 or 13 years old? How many of the boys were 14?
This is a ridiculous statement. A few boys who have fall birthdays would be 12 already. In MD, you cannot start kindergarten if your birthday falls after Sept. 1. So, yes, a few kids will be 12. It's not the kid or the parents fault.
