I agree 100%. To be on a team just so you can say that you are on a AA team is counter productive. Unless you are the top echelon. I would rather my son play! Regardless of the perceived benefits of playing for such a prestigious team. I don't want to spend a lot of time and money watching other people's kids play. Many kids playing for regular A or the better B teams are getting playing experience in real games and therefore learning to handle pressures that they won't get on the bench on the elite team. In the long run they will probably be better than a kid with the same talent level who is watching the studs play all the meaningful minutes.
