This is partially true for sure but not entirely. It is also incorrect for anyone to infer that LI is inferior to other hotbeds solely because they didnt have the first 5 commits.
If you live in MD/ VA and MD/Hopkins etc comes knocking...pretty good shot that may have always been your dream school. Doesnt exist in LI / CT / Westchester.
Surely a slew of those kids have multiple looks - just (smartly) trying to figure out the best fit...as best a 14/15 year old can.
