It may be hard to find beginner clinics for 7th grade. You may want to look at private lessons for fall and winter and practice himself all spring. Middle school will practice every day too in spring and play games. Then be ready for summer clinics and find a team looking for kids. Take advantage of the good weather we still have and throw against the wall. Good luck.
