First off it's in "synch", in sink has a totally different meaning. Secondly the Express purged quite a few 2 years ago and were better off for doing so.

Like the other guy said why would your team let select kids go. The good teams don't usually let their own kids go. Don't they keep them together in order to keep them in sink ?
