I would recommend that ALL parents pay attention to what's going on with your sons team. The directors are all about winning and politics. If you snooze you may lose so if there is something that doesn't seem kosher...talk to the coach and director. Don't wait for your kid to get cut or ride the bench. The power is in the consumers pocket and not these clubs inflated egos. Pay attention and stay involved.
