My son is the exact opposite at 14, not cut up, but beefy and strong. Still some baby fat. Very good swimmer but doing pull ups (not so much).

Did Cross fit and Speed and agility this summer for lax and football. Will try the weight room in a year or so; in the mean time run and do the cross fit training.
