Tracking this post since yesterday - it sounded like you were looking for Xanadu. Dude, nothing out there is perfect and a pure Nirvana. When it comes to club lax nothing is perfect - they all have their warts. My youngest daugher is in 2021 - my oldest is doing her college visits right now.
