Totally agree with the above statement. This team will never win a tournament with the current coaching staff. If you implement a new coach with no hidden agenda, this team would be a tough out. That would be the easy fix.
Is it necessary to address the abilities of a young girl? You have a problem with the coaches and CR fine, but leave the kid out of it.
