M&D, as expected, won the 2019 bracket championship defeating Hero's 19 Green in the final at Lax for the Cure. Hero's beat YJ Carro in the semi to make it to the final by a score of 6-5. M&D 19 Black beat Skywalkers 19 Blue to to make it to the final by a score of 4-3. Unfortunately for TLC 19 Red, only the first place team in their bracket got out of pool play... and they were in the same pool at M&D. These are undoubtedly the top teams in the 2019 Bracket: M&D 19 Black, Hero's 19 Green, Skywalkers 19 Blue and YJ Carro. M&D is 2 for 2 winning the championships where all these clubs competed: McDonough Club Championships and Lax for the Cure. Unfortunately, the Lax Inception final game which would have seen M&D match up against Hero's 19 Green again was cancelled.
Had M&D won it, It would have been the grand slam of Summer Lax Circuit: McDonough, Lax Inception and Lax for the Cure!
