Haven't followed Maryland much all year but of these 8 how many play significant minutes? If it's 4 then yes, the small player can still be a factor, but if Maryland's roster size is 50 or close to it, and 4 play significant minutes, then statistically speaking, the rosters are filling up with the bigger player. Coaches aren't ignoring the late bloomers any more.
