3d is decent. I will state upfront I think their regional teams are very average compared with LI top clubs, but the instruction level is really good. My son is getting excellent position specific coaching, which is rare for most clubs at FOGO and goalie in particular. I was always amazed top clubs in Maryland would say go to a full in the blank positional clinic or camp and just roll a ball out for tournaments. There I think 3d does a better job.
