East Islip High School, Melissa Sconone earns BOTC Week #8 Girls' High School Player Of The Week honors after netting two 5-goal games on top of dishing out 5 assists in 2 wins this week over Center Moriches & Babylon now ranking 5th in assists & tied for 17th in points in Suffolk County. Melissa also ranked in the top 15 in scoring as a sophomore and junior and the captain is the 3rd ranked attacker in the class of 2019. She will be attending the University of North Carolina this fall and will be missed being the leader of the team the past 3 years.
