HV is three village I believe. Taz has some but I believe they have a few Nassau kids too.

I am new to the travel team situation, with a son on one of the teams discussed. Overheard some parents talking about this board so checked it out. Absolutely amazing that people talk about 8 and 9 year old KID'S teams like this. Look in the mirror. Sport is for the fun of the KIDS, not the parents. Enjoy the weekend, win or lose, my son will have a blast. Hopefully your boys will to.

You're nice and normal. Your child will succed in life. The others need to get a grip. Enjoy watching your son play. I agree. Most of the parents on this board are crazy. The good part is the kids are going to have a blast on Sat win lose or draw. Good luck to all the teams. It's nice to have the tourney season back.

Is Express NYC 2024 an "A" team? Does Express have multiple teams at this grade? One 2024 team and not Pack or Taz level. If I were a second grade team playing them I would confirm no 2023s on that team as there were many in the fall when we played them at Blatant. Don't want anyone to get hurt.

What happens with the Avengers playing four games? Which counts? Im new to all of this? The rules state if a team plays 4 games the last games doesn't count toward the standings. That could change but that's pretty standard.

Sometimes teams have to play up but you never have teams play down. If more 2025 teams were added they would play in their own bracket and all the 2024 team would stay in their bracket. Legacy Storm is no different than Express, Igloo, Avengers, Outlaws, etc.

Legacy Storm is no different than Express, Igloo, Avengers, Outlaws, etc. Get used to it for 2025 age groups. You will be playing up all year as there are rarely ever enough 2025 teams Even the mighty pack got beat by 2023b teams last yr

If you swap taz for storm in game 1 it will make it more fun for hurricanes and more balanced schedule for nyc express
