How is that Goalie search going for the Terps?? Didn't realize the Terps were looking for another goalie. When did that happen? Did someone leave after nationals? They have two good goalies already.

There often is a Be the Best banner on the top of page. When you click on it, fl$ info. comes up. Are they affiliated? I know Be the Best was resurrected with 2 teams after a couple guys left the Jesters.

They are not affiliated with fl$ in any way. Not sure why that happens. BOC NEEDS TO FIX IT. They do have 2 teams I think a 2015 and a 2020. I heard they really don't have tryouts but recruit kids and keep the numbers to 21 so every kid gets plenty of playing time. Also heard they keep the teams together year after year. Heard coaches are very good with the kids and run a good program and that the teams are very good as well. Not sure why they have'nt expanded. Maybe less is better.

Its better to have a program where they have a 5 year gap between their only two teams and no tryouts?

Sometimes when there are so many teams the Coaching gets watered down and less practice time due to lack of field space. Not that many good coaches out there and never enough fields.
Just my opinion

I wouldn't count anyone out in this div. Crabs didn't win their spring league. There are a lot of good teams on both sides of the bracket.

With Breakers, Crabs, FCA, and Rising Sons the Red Division is a toss-up. Crabs will win this division. Many of their boy have been held back a year. They are much bigger and stronger than the average 6th grader. Crazy what some parents will do.

That is why allowing older kids to play down is all wrong. My son is in 5th grade (2021) and his birth date allows him to play fourth grade (2022). However he plays on a Sixth grade (2020) team. If 2019 kids play down he is going to be playing kids 2 years older then him. When I was young the best kids played up not down. The head coach of St. Anthony's and owner of Express should be very proud himself after what he did today. You are the head coach of a respected high school team, and you act like that at a 6th grade game? I guess when you bring in kids from your "A" team, and you still lose, it makes you a turn into a [lacrosse].
