Schwalje needs to watch out, lots of unhappy kids and parents due to the lack of practices in the winter and spring. Looks like twenty four is going to try and steal a lot of those good players. They are a low cost program and they are praying on the lack of practices. Look out.

I also think all the teams need to play each other more.

If pack or TAZ wanted to run up on igloo or express they could We get it...Taz plays 12-13 kids when they play the likes of WP, BLC, Mad Lax and they play to win at all costs. That's fine, unless you are kid 14-22. Express on the other hand always plays every kid to help develop them all. Enjoy your sons tee shirts. You'll be washing your car with them in a few years.

Let the kids enjoy those 5 or 6 weeks. Give families an opportunity to actually go on a family vscation, that isn't a lacrosse tournament. Season goes to end of july. Tryouts are 3 weeks later. Just incredible how sports has changed. The days of coming home from school ,going down the block and playing with your friends are long gone.

Tryout for a team where your son will get the best coaching/training. Dont worry abt being on the BEST team. Things change a lot when kids get into HS.

Doesn't your kid play any other sports, or does he eat and breathe lacrosse year round. Look around buddy, top high schools and colleges have multisport athletes.

Kids make the team and the team holds them to a quick commitment. Teams that try out later in the month will have a MUCH smaller pool to chose from. Fact.
