And it appears that some of these recent early commits are getting the stink eye from the varsity and assistant coaches. It would seem that they are a bit put off by the fact that a club player can be committed without ever having played for them.

If you don't know already the success at one time in this program came from the current coaches brother JS who is now the SBU head coach , any player who actually made a name for themselves when this program was on top of their game under JS rule was

Is there any reason why the 7th grader can't play JV in 7th and then either brought up to varsity during the season or play a full year of JV in 7th and then play varsity in 8th.

Same here. Received by Cascade on Wednesday and back at the house today. Padding added and certification sticker attached. Amazing turnaround, although I suspect it might slow a bit as the wave of helmets hits them.
