Premier Lacrosse At PREMIER Lacrosse the overall player is our focus, not just his/her skill development. Our intense training program including speed, strength and conditioning, shooting, skills and accuracy, defending, communication, transition and game play is just the beginning. Your development as a player includes skill development with an emphasis on team communication, team tactics and strategies, and the importance of team chemistry. The goal of PREMIER is to bring Long Island Lacrosse to the top and we feel the best way to do that is by giving our youth a strong, professional foundation with experienced role models. PREMIER offers team, individual, and small group training, as well as developmental programs for children in grades K-5. PREMIER also offers summer camps for all ages & experience levels.
