25-26 girls with one goalie is too many for any age. Elevate (21) and even YJ (24 w/2 goalies) don't pull that garbage. No wonder kids are leaving. Especially when the other teams have significantly less players. Every kid plays a third of a game? Bill needs to examine how he chooses teams and sets up the numbers.
More than half last years yj rosters had 26 kids or more, wait until you see this years before you make that comparison
