Some girls are gifted athletes, but speed and agility drills are what training is all about, regardless of sport. Elevate had a pre-tryout clinic . . . $100 a day for 3 hours by the way . . . and the first hour was on agility drills. In my honest opinion, younger girls rarely stretch enough - or at all - before practices. I agree that 7v7 is all about one or two girls "going to the net."


That is correct, you can train a very slow kid to be a little less slow, you can train a very fast kid to be a little bit faster. Conditioning will help them reach their potential but you will never turn the very slow kid into the fastest kid, sorry they are what they are, born with it.
