I am not from LI. Which LI club teams do not participate in the NGLL?

Top guns and yellow jackets won’t do it because they can’t make any money off it. Yellow jackets will sign up for queen of the island and any spring league run by Long Island Lacrosse Journal. They only do that because they are partners in those events
