So BL sold the academy concept. Paid thousands to coaches to hang on, that money train ran out. Hooked up with Dukes , sold that for a short time and now sell it all to Phantoms. I give it a year maybe .

All the coaches are staying. Premier National team is not changing. So, not sure what the issue is other than the teams will be managed by people that manage teams, not by someone doing it on the side with a full time job.
