Every verbal has the amount of scholarship associate with it! You obviously have not been through the process an you should't give people misinformation.
Final amounts of money are only determined when the contract is actually executed on National Signing Day. You are correct however in that indicative atheletic scholarship levels are often discussed and agreed as part of the verbal commitment process.
