We have 1 girl on our high school team that does exactly that - head down, run straight to goal. She also gets tons of fouls. The coach loves her.
On the other hand, she's also on our club team and the other players don't let her get away with this and neither does the coach.
The coach should bench these girls. Then they would learn to pass.
