College coaches need to put a lid on the hold-back situation that is running rampant through our sport.It is becoming an epidemic! Is this what we want to teach our kids? That this holding back for sports is OK? If you want to make it in this world you need to cheat the system so to get a head-start. And How about all the kids that are the right age? What about them?
