Part of what I feel your dues on a travel team go for is paid coaches. Too many parent coaches have their own agenda for their kids and the kids friends. While town ball coaches are volunteer, travel coaches are typically paid and should not include parents as coaches. Ask going in what the coaching senerio is, if its a parent to a kid on the team, find another team,fast. |
