Down 6-5 with :30 left, Brenton Mighty of Sewanhaka scored the tying goal to send the game into overtime. Two minutes into overtime, Siddarth Sharma scored the winning goal on an assist from Jimmy Vasek to give Herricks (4-3) the win in non-league.
Ryan Lukacovic scored an unassisted goal with 2:07 left to give the host Chaminade Flyers the victory in a CHSAA thriller. Chaminade (4-0 overall, 2-0 in league) led 5-1 after the first period, but St. Anthony’s (2-1 league) rallied as Brian Sherlock scored three straight goals and Sean McDonagh tied it with 6:02 left. |
