Are you serious? You people are total morons/idiots and total as*holes. Madlax organization and parents are simply pathetic to be around at a game, especially the fathers. They don't know the game but sit there and [lacrosse] at every call. That word idiots comes to mind again. Evergreen is showing they are just like the other DC and N Va clubs, total clueless idiots, all of them fall easily into this catagory. This is the Maryland section, go find your own or request your own section, you people are way too weak in lax IQ to be hanging out here.

Congrats. [lacrosse] post of the year thus far. Apparently you're Bill Tierney in your mind, meanwhile you're most likely some donk who played HS lax in Glen Burnie. STFU about how you're from MD, nobody cares except your parole and/or child services officer.

Good grief, is that the best you have? Really pathetic response but typical from a DC/N. Va lax pretender. Like was stated by the other poster, go get your own DC thread and stay the [lacrosse] out of the Md thread. No one wants to hear the useless dribble from the pretend fans from the DC area.

Yes. DCE 2021 beat Hawks 2021. These idiots are talking 2021 on the 2022 forum.

DCE 21 did not lose any players - cut 4 who had no impact and added 7 from other clubs

Also beat freedom 5-0 and leading edge11-2

Hawks very different from the summer when we played them. Several new kids. 2 fogos now. The new one looks better than the one from last year. Couple new big middies and defense. Only had 1 goalie this year. Still the team to beat.

The Hawks 2022 look a high school Jv team with all the reclass kids. They do have great
Skills and Lacrosse IQ. They will tuff to beat.

All elite teams look like JV teams. In order to be an elite team, you need to recruit the kids that reclassed. I don't think there is an elite team out there with more than half the starting line-up born after 9/1/2003. Sad - but that's the way lacrosse is today.

The Hawks 2022 hold backs are the smallest players on that team.

Far more football players are holdbacks but you do not hear football parents squeal and whine about holdbacks as much as lax parents. Just play. Life is unfair. If some other parents want to hold their kid back due to sports, immaturity or any other reason and go to the trouble of reclassifying their kid, I do not care. As long as you are not 19 when you enter your senior year, VA high schools do not care either. If your kid is good enough, it will not matter, especially with the new NCAA recruiting rules.

Hawks were the smallest team this weekend. All the teams looked evenly matched. 8th grade everyone is growing and catching up. Express was big at almost every position and Freedom too. A lot of good lacrosse this weekend for fall ball

There is a forum now for the holdback comments and those that have not gotten over it. Wether you agree or disagree that is the forum for it.

Complete garbage..The main holdback venom is directed at youth under 9th grade, Football has clear age restrictions in place at youth level.

HS is were it evens out a lot..but there will always be some slight advantage to being a year older than everyone else in your class.

So true..Why YOUTH sports needs to carve out a select few to get an advantage is a mystery. Gives the game of lacrosse at Youth level a bad reputation. Tell anyone what goes on about holdbacks and younger teams and they have this ..what?? expression.

I know shut up already. Everyone is holding back or taking a PG year. Get used to it.
