Both Wolfpack and Taz parents kept it very classy. Not sure what game you were watching or what team you are from but you are either delusional or just a sh&it stirrer.

My kid doesn't play for 91 but congrats to them for a job well done. And no, I will not be going out to get a t-shirt printed -what a stupid comeback anyway. These results go to show you that every game should be played as if it's a championship game. The results are the results. I think a lot of people underestimated many teams in this bracket and are surprised by these results all around.

Let's be honest...there are no loses in 3rd grade lacrosse...the only losers this weekend are the Taz daddy's that were barking just a few short days ago. Maybe next year fellas.

e] sad part is that the were obviously doing their chest thumping in front of their sons. A group of their players were talking garbage to the WP goalie before the game. Way to teach sportsmanship. And they're complaining about the WP behavior on the sidelines? Seems they should be worrying about their own backyard before calling people trash.

If that makes you happy then so be it but it is a one horse race. You don't lose 14-0 and get to claim you are on the same class as the Pack. I'll take my chances on the field beating Taz before the Taz ever beats the Pack.

Taz is an excellent 3rd grade team. Appreciate good lacrosse. (The rest of us "the field" would love to see our sons teams get to the point that taz is at now).

The truth is the other teams will catch up but the Taz will NEVER catch the Pack.

Can't wait for your son to get cut from pack. Truth is 3 to 5 kids will be original when they are in 7 th grade.

Bottom line. If the Taz daddy's over the last couple of months would have kept their mouths shut and not get on here and talk about what the Pack did at every tournament and how the parents are trash and the coaches don't play everyone and the pack is losing a step etc, this would not be a big deal. But this is what you get, out coached, out hustled, out played and yes out classed. Now move on and chalk it up as a lesson.

It's a shame when one father ruins a team name. The rest of the TAZ parents are classy people and they have great coaches. Don't be suprised if the coach knows who this dad is and your son gets cut next year. Some Coaches don't care how good your kid is if he has to deal with a bad parent. So one bad game. They are 8 & 9 years old! And it was pouring! Get over it!

No Taz dads on here talking smack. Must be someone outside the team stirring the pot. Taz parents are good people who want their kids to get better. Enjoy your victory, no sour grapes. We got outplayed, period.

I respectfully disagree. I also believe that you are sincere in what you've written because you are a mature adult that couldn't fathom writing such garbage about eight and nine-year-old children. That is the majority of Taz parents. However these people do exist on every team. What they don't realize is that the coaches know exactly or at least have some idea of who their trouble makers are. These are the parents on the sidelines and at practice whispering and planting seeds causing chaos and havoc. Dont for one second think there is some loyalty amongst the other parents? Parents have and will sell you down the river in a second. Either because they realize you become a cancer or because they just want to get on the coaches good side. Either way it doesn't matter how good or even great of a player your child this. We live on Long Island, great players are a dime a dozen. Food for thought, tryouts are right around the corner… If your son doesn't get asked back to play, he might have you to thank for that. Oh, and that group of parents that you thought rallied around you, they'll be waving you goodbye.

Anyone here recommend decent summer camps - that concentrate on improvement and, most importantly, fun?

Team LI has two u9 teams A and B

We ( town team) just played Tli u9 this past weekend and really unsure why. Heard on sideline they are trying to do King of hill as well which is town based only. What gives? Usually for that to happen they have to play up/ is that team mostly 2nd graders( 7 or 8 years old) Don't think so they had some really tall kids. Yes you beat us and probably all other teams - kudos if 2nd graders but if 3/4 go to tourneys no need for those parents to be overexcited like a few did.

Think that team is a mix of 2nd and 3rd graders. Even think they have a first grader on that team. Both TLI teams have just started playing together and getting an idea where they stand. The other team played against town teams as well, but at least two A bracket 3rd grade teams.

Very enjoyable scrimmage between RVC Futures and Igloo last night. Its what third grade lacrosse should be about. Does not matter what side my son is. Kids had fun and learned.

What was avengers /outlaws score today?

8-7 Outlaws...great game for a bunch or 8 and 9 year olds

It was a great game but the avengers should be ashamed of themselves
bringing in other kids that were not there Saturday. Everyone noticed even other teams so you can't deny it. Many of the parents from the Avengers behavior was disgusting, screaming and cursing like lunatics. There are families and other children at these games. Disgusting.

Excuse me??? Avengers did NOT bring in ANY other kids. It was the exact same team as Saturday and the same team it has been all year! And excuse me again no one cursed! The Avengers team was cursed at and yelled at when a boy on their team was hurt and the Outlaws parents were screaming that he was fine. So I have no idea where this is coming from. The Avengers did not play their best. They did the game before and funny how every other team has said the Avengers parents are a class act. Maybe it was the other way around?

The Avengers do not bring new kids and everyone gets equal playing time. Very fair team.

100%. Can't wait to do it again. Parents, coaches & kids all had a blast! Great few hours of youth lacrosse....
